RAPALA.CA SHIPPING

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution center. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email as well as in your order history on Rapala.ca. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.

If your order contains items that are shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. Depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center, these tracking numbers may arrive in separate shipment confirmation emails.

The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins within 48 hours of completion of your online purchase. These items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located and packaged, and the shipping address is verified.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal/provincial holidays within the Canada and other Rapala-observed holidays.

 SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS & TIMING

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 48 hours. We do not guarantee same-day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Standard Ground Shipping -> Estimated Arrival within 2-10 Business Days. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote locations.
  Any applicable surcharges and discounts will appear in the Shipping Method section as well as in the Cart Total Summary at the bottom right corner of the page.

• Standard Ground Shipping is the only available shipping method currently. Estimated Arrival in 2-10 Business Days depending on location. Please allow up to 14 Business Days for shipments to remote locations. Please see below estimated shipping time by general region. *Note that this is an ESTIMATE and not guaranteed delivery times. (Allow 7-14 Business Days for Sleds, Augers and Shelters.)

Standard Ground Shipping Rate Structure(before tax):

• Standard Ground Shipping Rates for orders equal to $50 or less: $8.99. + tax
• Standard Ground Shipping Rates for orders between $50.01 and $75.00: $11.00 + tax
• Standard Ground Shipping Rates for orders between $75.01 and $98.99: $13.50 + tax
• Standard Ground Shipping Rates for orders between $99.00+(Before Tax) FREE

Throughout the year Rapala.ca may offer various shipping promotions. Any reduction in shipping charges will automatically be applied during the check out process.

SURCHARGES
Due to rising shipping costs, we have implemented the below shipping surcharges:
- Augers (All power augers will receive a $25 per unit surcharge | eg. 3 augers = 3 surcharges to total $75)
- Rods & Combos (All rods and combos will receive a $25 per order surcharge | eg. 3 rods = 1 surcharge to total $25)
- Remote Address (All remote addresses as identified by Canada Post will receive a $75 per order surcharge | enter your address on the checkout page and you will see a surcharge under the 'Order Summary' if your address qualifies as remote)

BACKORDERS
Rapala strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available when your order is processed will automatically be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s). If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder. Visit Rapala.ca to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Rapala.ca does not currently offer expedited shipping.

WHAT IS FREE SHIPPING?
It is FREE Standard Ground shipping (some conditions and exclusions apply), (see above), orders will ship Standard (Ground), via UPS, FedEx, CanPar, Purolator or a combination of couriers. Actual shipping time is between 2-10 business days(see above for approximate shipping timelines). We DO NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes. Shipping surcharges may apply(remote areas & larger items shipped). You will be notified prior to shipment if surcharges apply. Saturday delivery is not available.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?
No, customers will receive orders through mail/courier only.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Rapala.ca currently only ships online orders to locations inside Canada.
