Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution center. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email as well as in your order history on Rapala.ca. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.
If your order contains items that are shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. Depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center, these tracking numbers may arrive in separate shipment confirmation emails.

The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins within 48 hours of completion of your online purchase. These items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located and packaged, and the shipping address is verified.
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal/provincial holidays within the Canada and other Rapala-observed holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 48 hours. We do not guarantee same-day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Throughout the year Rapala.ca may offer various shipping promotions. Any reduction in shipping charges will automatically be applied during the check out process.
Rapala strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available when your order is processed will automatically be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s). If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder. Visit Rapala.ca to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Rapala.ca does not currently offer expedited shipping.
WHAT IS FREE SHIPPING?
It is FREE Standard Ground shipping(some exclusions apply), (see above), orders will ship Standard (Ground), via UPS, FedEx, CanPar, Purolator or a combination of couriers. Actual shipping time is between 2-10 business days(see above for approximate shipping timelines). We DO NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes. Shipping surcharges may apply(remote areas & larger items shipped). You will be notified prior to shipment if surcharges apply. Saturday delivery is not available.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?
No, customers will receive orders through mail/courier only.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Rapala.ca currently only ships online orders to locations inside Canada.
