SMARTHUB SYSTEM
The SmartHub product line is set to expand in the near future, but presently there are three mount options for installing in a fishing boat. Before diving into the details of each of these in the next section, it’s first important to mention they all feature the same universal SmartHub connector for attaching accessories. This means once one of these mounts is installed it’s ready to ready to hold any of the SmartHub accessories.
As a result of this design, anglers have plenty of flexibility to customize their boat’s interior storage and organization features to best suit their needs. For example, a mount could be used to hold an Adjustable Arm outfitted with an action camera one day, then a Cup Holder the next.
Important to note, too, is the effortlessness of attaching any SmartHub accessories to a SmartHub mount thanks to the connector’s intuitive, clip-on design. Simply slide the product over the top of the connector and it securely clicks in place. Removal is just as straightforward, which helps keep the end-of-day routine fast and efficient.
THREE SMARTHUB MOUNT OPTIONS FOR THE BOAT
The SmartHub Flat Mount is the natural choice for any level surface. Installation is easy using the provided mounting screws. This mount also fits within the SmartHub Track System 16, which we’ll explain more about momentarily.
The SmartHub Clamp Mount is ideal for use with round poles, handles, support arms, kayak crates, windshields and any edge up to 1-1/4 inches. It features a built-in 1/4-20 receiving port for seamless integration with an action camera, making it a must-have for content creators seeking creative, striking angles for their videos and photos. The receiving port can also be integrated with various other electronics as well.
The SmartHub Bucket Mount has a curved design and comes with High-strength, 3M VHB bonding tape for trouble-free installation. The Bucket Mount is a great option for securing the R12 Lithium Aerator — a combination you can count on to keep live-bait in peak condition. Or use this mount to hold the SmartHub Rod Storage accessory for storing your minnow net. The Bucket Mount’s concave surface is also handy for those wanting to position accessories on a curved surface (e.g. boat seat pedestal).[1]
