Rapala Ice Shelter Warranty

Rapala warrants all shelters against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Warranty registration is required.

Fill out a Warranty Form to register your Rapala Shelter for warranty.

If purchased through one of our retail partner locations, return defective product(s) to original place of purchase. If purchased through Rapala.ca, please follow the Rapala Warranty Procedure.

Rapala recommends that you obtain a tracking number, as Rapala will not be able to confirm receipt of your returned Product. You will be responsible for any damage or missing shipments during the return. Rapala does not offer refunds, only replacement products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process walk-in claims. All warranty claims must be submitted via mail.
